The way i improve my fitness is by video recording my workouts and playing them back to spot improvements to be made. i don’t think their is a better way to track your progression. My phones full of them aha!

Great article, i’ve come across an app made to tackle this problem. www.fiitizens.com - its a workout app which allows you to track your fitness through their gamification system and be rewarded for your efforts!
