One could fly progressive flags from the bed of their truck. This one would still be horrible and a useless waste of resources, but at least people would scratch their heads.

Halving IBR payments on top of 10 or 20k forgiveness is game changing for lots of debt holders. The boost it gives PSLF eligible debt holders is an even bigger deal.

Trimm said she’s aware of the PSLF...but she and many others are uncertain about how to access it.
