No, a 40 hp car would be dangerous on public roads. And there’s plenty of room between your imaginary Soviet car and half ton and bigger commuter trucks.

This is the weakest false equivalent argument.  Mustang and Corvette fit your example and are capable of 30 or so MPG. Mustang tropes aside, they aren’t a danger to other cars in an accident.

I probably won’t change your mind, but I’m referring to ordering, paying, getting to the second window and they ask me to pull off because the order isn’t ready. It’s a shifty way the restaurants keep their drive through humming at the expense of customer time and patience.

Relax man. I don’t want to make anyone’s life difficult, but we’re all entering into a bargain here and part of it is that I get cheap food without waiting and they get my money. I’m not mad at the kid at the window and am always courteous to service workers.

I would expand on this to include any unnecessary pick up period. Some big hints: tonneau cover? parked in an office?

My main gripe is the cumbersome toggling between audio sources and lists. I would rather have a screen with about 10 presets from both FM and XM arranged as icons rather than the lists one must scroll through to change stations and the requirement to click the station, but then go back to scrolling through the list if

I mean, David from 90210 drove one.

Starred for avoiding the new money look. Hell, I have no money and know better than that.

I had to pull of to get my order recently at a McD’s. Seriously, you don’t have normal burger patties cooked? I waited another 10 minutes. Next time I’ll politely decline driving away from the window without my food or a refund. If this sounds like a d bag move, I don’t mean it to be; I just don’t want to get burned.

I’m surprised they took your order on foot. Anytime I tried this they wouldn’t for pedestrian ‘safety’ but I suspect it’s to avoid getting robbed.

I don’t know why the Atlas sells well. I test drove one and, while spacious, was not special. The interior was a let down for the price. We bought a CX-5 within an hour.

I tried Every Plate and was generally happy with it. The intro promo made it ridiculously cheap to the point that I should probably order another week so they can actually make some money to sustain their business.

I’m keeping my V8 pony car budget under the $15k budget, so jail-time speeds aren’t half throttle like a modern one.

That sounds like a logical progression in car ownership.

My buddy and I were handed two giant bags of McD through the drive through circa ‘95, shared a knowing glance and sped off before it could be corrected.  My adult sense of ethics would stop me today but we enjoyed a feast that day.

Regarding toppings: I find that any more than three overwhelms, with two toppings that complement each other being ideal. Neither of these toppings should be tomato for moisture reasons or pineapple for dignity, and usually not bacon because that (while still delicious) transforms a normal pizza away from its Italian

The cheapest FiST within 100 miles of me is $20k. One hasn’t crossed the block on C&B for less than $15k since last year and before that prices were strong.  Even when they get back to normal prices, I’d argue any V8 5/6M pony car would be more fun and more special, too.

20% seems steep, but part of this revenue should be used for public transportation, especially in rural areas.

How many of these 30 deaths fit the criteria that MADD uses in their crusade against drunk driving? What qualifies an accident as death attributed to a drunk driver? .08 and another driver is at fault for the accident? The driver with a BAC is now blamed for causing the accident. Using stats like this to promote

The glaring lack of buttons on the steering wheel belies the clever packaging of the GM left stalk.
