Nice try, but the F1 AMG wagon is still the best.

Why would you want to burden him with one of those? Don't you think he deserves to have a good time while riding after his years of service?

Coming soon to MotoGP - Pastor Maldonado!

Look at that M5 touring (wagon) and you’ll understand why people go to such great lengths to import cars.

Where in BC did you live before, and now? I keep seeing one of these for sale, in that graphite gray. And its been tempting me.

Idk Sean, I can see really really fast so this rule doesn’t affect me much.

Link to an album of old pics of the car I had shared recently.

My experience with a grey market BMW was a bit less troublesome than JamesRL’s 745i. In 2002 I took to importing a 1995 E34 M5 Touring with about 80k km and the 3.8l motor that BMW N never tried to bring over. I used a registered importer, JK Technologies, who handled the conversion and certification. The only things

Ah, the 70s and drum brakes...

Come on, would any true enthusiast spend 200k on a jumped up 7 series? Hell no they would get an M5.

The only B7s I've seen in my neck of the woods were driven by athletes or other young money show-offs, not particularly enthusiasts

Yes it was. That was the last time I was at Indy

It’s okay. Bib’s flying a 747 full of custom overnight softs that should be good for at least a second off the previous day’s times...

You’re obviously talking about the fact that he was driving a ‘96 corolla...

Ah Michèle Mouton, back when men were men and she was kicking all their asses. Top 3 favorite driver.

I have a 1967 BMW R60/2, which makes 30hp on a good day. It’s possible to ride it in some version of “fast”, but it’s relative. I can ride that bike hard enough that it starts wiggling and protesting like a big bike on a track day, but it’s happening at 60mph on a local curvy road.

The bike never goes faster than you let it.

“Plus unlike the later E39's, this one has a very reserved, classy look to it.”???
