Here in Florida the state passed a “Slow-Poke” Law. Anyone impeding traffic in the leftmost lane going less than the speed limit can be ticketed. They have to be going less than the limit though, which in the Tampa Bay area traffic generally goes 80 in a 70 if the volume of traffic permits it. I doubt it gets enforced…

You don’t have to break the speed limit to pass someone going that is going 60 in a 70mph highway while staying in the passing lane for no real reason.
