You know what? I’ve been a motorcyclist for 30 years of my life, and I’ve encountered that very situation countless times over the years. I’ve been hit, bumped, had trash thrown at me, windhield washers turned on me, and also, every now and again, have drivers intentionally push me out of my lane, just like that lady

First gear: You’re not only not comparing apples to apples, you are comparing a fraud committed with every vehicle sold, to flaws that were, at least initially unintentional.

GM’s and most other recalls, are due to an inadvertent design flaw that manifested itself when people had their ignition key on rings that had

Yes, my point. This comment shows up every single time there is a GM/Ford/Chrysler recall even if it’s only a few hundred cars. I’m just sharing that love with Toyota too, because somehow they always get a pass.

*sigh* Typical Toyota, this is the reason I’ll never buy a Japanese car.

Yeah, that’s pretty much what all the magazine reviewers said back in the day. “Finally, GM got this car right.” (Then, as typically happens, GM then killed it off. Same thing happened with the Fiero.)

If I recall, Car and Driver loved it so much that the only thing they could fault on it was that the tire valve caps weren’t aluminum. I’d love to drive one of the AWD TSi models someday if any stock, running examples still exist.

No thanks, the Eagle Talon was awesome.

Everything you say is valid, but a proper manual allows ultimate man-machine interaction, performance be damned.

What about the manual in the RS, it will be handling very similar numbers as the Fusion Sport puts out... It could have been developed from the onset to be installed in both cars it seems.

Mine had a sticker on it like that. My BRZ was code brown scary to drive. I removed the power adder immediately for fear of dangerous uncontrollable Dorifto.

Ok, so he gave her HIV and threatened her with a knife, so she ran him down with a Mustang.

The 1.6l had 178hp;the Fusion Sport has 327hp;is it possible that, with nearly double the HP,Ford didn’t feel the transmission was up to it,and they didn’t want to go through the certification/crash testing process all over to use a differnt transmission?

Probably because it would be really expensive for Ford to mate a manual to that motor for only one application that less than 5% of potential buyers will get.

hey there jeremy,.. hows the new show going?

If you’re assigned to motorcade duty, I think it is your job to know Obama’s travel schedule, and keep the road clear. And if you tackle someone off their bike, you’d better follow procedure and give a citation, or you’re opening yourself up to a lot after the fact.

Ignorance is not an excuse.

As a cyclist I say fuck that guy, the cops totally did their job.

What about the Chevy ss?

Because it won't sell. Flat out. All the people here on Jalopnik who go on and on and on of "IF THEY MADE THIS I WOULD BUY IT AND SELL EVERYTHING I OWN RIGHT NOW JUST TO OWN IT." In reality when it comes out "well it's a piece of shit. The hazard flasher is too triangular. The wheels aren't the perfect shade of
