The Worst Take.
The Worst Take.
There’s usually a competition day. On that day is when these kinds of cosplays come out. I noticed they spend alot of the time in the foyers taking breaks. Or they go in to shop in shifts, with friends protecting their costumes while they shop.
Same here. I enjoy alot of paradox titles but i just cant justify paying the price of two comparable titles to get all the content.
French’s (as in the Yellow mustard) now makes ketchup and I have to say, I think it is the best non-gourmet ketchup out there. Very similar flavor to Heinz but just a tad tangier.
The best ketchup is the one that doesn’t exist anymore: Frank’s (yes the hot sauce company) used to sell one with just a little bit of heat, but just as importantly far less sweet. I miss it
I think the issue here is that these packs are absolutely NOT “expansion packs”. They’re called flavour packs and that is what they are. They don’t significantly expand or enhance the game, so pricing them similarly to actual gameplay expansions seems demented. Maybe if they can’t afford to make them at a reasonable…
Yeah, Paradox have been bone-headed for about four years now with them torching a lot of goodwill via their pricing choices and also the poor quality of releases.
People are strange. I don’t visit Giz sites very often anymore, and I know there’s not much more than weird and silly spectacle here anymore, but sometimes I’m just baffled by things I see here.
I just keep asking: why? Why would this woman spend time promoting a game on Tinder? Why would anyone buy a game to impress…
PDX has a long history of DLC shenanigans. The player base is just being vigilant.
I’m an old so I was done with dating before tinder became a thing but isn’t the whole point of that app to hook up? I thought the idea is it stripped down all the dating app crap and was just about swiping for a hook up.
My counterpolicy: I don't buy their games until they are super cheap. I bought CK2 years after it came out for under 10 euros and each DLC for 3-5. Screw Paradox, I don't *need* their games, good as they are. Plenty of good developers to give my money to.
A dick move is still a dick move. Just because you already bought the DLC doesn’t mean you cant recognize it as such.
Wow. Crusader Kings II came out in 2012 and the complete bundle on Steam still costs nearly $250. To the point that they put out a $5 a month subscription program instead of lowering the price of a 10 year old game to under $200. So their DLC pricing has always stunned me, but I still didn’t expect them to actually…
ha ha! they thought they were going 2B on a date with her.
Every restaurant should ban “influencers” they’ve become a virus.
I’ve had a couple versions of this drink at local establishments and have tried it at home and completely agree that it’s...fine. A little odd, the flavors don’t meld with each other well, and not by any means a good drink, but strangely, not one you want to spit out. It just doesn’t work for me.
Now, pour some black…
“but you can’t judge a drink that’s been around for as long as this has.” Sure you can! You did it in your last paragraph!
35k followers? Look, I hate influencer and youtuber culture as much as the next guy, but this asshole isn’t even a blip on the follower count radar.
The sad thing is, this isn’t the first time I’ve read of this behaviour. There is an (in)famous hotel in Ireland here where its manager has supreme SocialMedia-Fu, and has happily shared his adventures with influencers & their constant attempts to get free rooms, food etc. He mostly trolls them until they give up,…
I mean, the length of a game question is not totally unreasonable. At various points in your life you will have more or less money to spend on discretionary entertainment. If you’re at a low point, a game that you spend $60 on and you finish in a weekend and don’t think this is something you want to revisit is a…
