I think marketing the plant-based substitutes as substitutes of a specific meat product helps people understand how to use that plant-based product.

I feel like there are two kinds of people in the world.  People who don’t need to be told this, and people who won’t believe you.

Self checkout sucks because I spend a ton of time waiting for the attendant to come over and clear the device after it incorrectly thinks I placed something in the bag without scanning, removed something from the bag, or scanned something and didn’t put it in the bag. Oh my god, this. I see way more bad restaurant behavior from old people than young people. By far. And I’ve never understood people who grouse about other people taking pictures of their food.
