This is such an odd thing. If you’re having people over and are serving them dinner it’s because you enjoy their company. It’s not a transaction. I would never expect someone to send me a bill for a home cooked meal.

I take major issue with the idea that coriander seeds and cilantro leaves “can be used interchangeably in recipes.” They absolutely cannot. The flavor profiles are very different.

I live alone. I wash my dishes by hand after every meal to avoid dried on oatmeal and congealed milk skin in the bottom of the glasses. I don’t leave the water running while I scrub the food off.
