And totally worth the sodium. :D Seriously, I had to stop doing that because it wasn’t helping my sodium levels, but I will remember it forever.

Let's just all decide as a planet right now that the Olympics suck and we shouldn't have them anymore.

One of my favorite things to do was to make a plate of nachos with Spicy Nacho Doritos. On a large plate: a layer of Doritos first, a thin layer of shredded cheddar cheese, protein (either seasoned ground beef, seasoned ground turkey, or seasoned lentils—whatever I had), another thin layer of shredded cheese, chopped

It’s not the apple. It’s what a horrible-person might stick in the apple.

I don’t put salt on things. I just don’t.

They get mad that Starbucks exists (it’s overpriced, it tastes burnt, etc). They get mad that Starbucks cups don’t say Merry Christmas year-round. They get mad if young people drink that coffee, but are also inconsolable that it takes 3 whole minutes to get THEIR coffee because young people don’t want to work

I don’t know about “wrong,” but when cooking pasta I use way less water than called for (as little as 3 cups per pound for cacio e pepe) and I never salt it. Salting pasta water only gives you salty-tasting pasta (comments about appreciably altering the boiling point are bunk) and using less water makes for starchier

I can’t stand ‘creamy’ scrambled eggs/omelets, the texture is absolutely disgusting, so when I make eggs they’re a bit on the well done side.

THat’s not how it works. One person shouldn’t have that much money. If the money were invested back into his company, aka THE EMPLOYEES, more money would be spent by them which would improve the economy. Keep licking boots though.

If he’s the neocon I think he is, then his economic plan is the same as every other radical, right-wing Republicans:

I guess this works best in a city, because by me it’s only pizza places, bad chinese and fast food via one of those delivery services that deliver.

This is my biggest problem with The View: It’s a bunch of people riffing on topics they barely have a superficial understanding of. If The View is going to be classified as a news program, I would hope the hosts would be a little more informed than the average Redditor.

I imagine (or at least hope to imagine) that a lot of his “fans” are kids or really young adults who don’t get the whole parasocial relationship thing. They’re really susceptible to hype and fomo, and a need to belong in some group.

It makes them perfect targets for predators like dumbass over here(since I refuse to

“You realize sugar is not more inherently fattening then anything else right?”

Eat until you’re not hungry anymore, not until you’re full

The thing about “eating until you aren’t hungry anymore” is that it changes based on how much you are used to eating, or at least it does for me. I made some lifestyle changes at the end of summer in order to get my health in order. The biggest component were changes to both the content and quantity of my diet. I did

1) stop eating processed foods ( chips/snack foods/etc) dont buy them, out of sight out of mind

I laughed when I read you drifted away from Keto as you got active. The amount of people I have trained who have the exact same story as you is getting quite long. Awesome work, honestly you’re the perfect example of what to do. Find activity you love and do it, activity really helps regulate weight via satiety

I have multiple coffee-making methods (French Press, AeroPress, Hario pour-over), but I’m too sleepy in the morning to properly do a circular precision pour, so the French Press is my go-to for my morning brew. It’s the sweet spot for quality of coffee versus effort put in (drip coffee being maybe a tad easier but
