I really appreciate the art of "The Babadook" wow what a film, especially for a debut. It was scary, and then it became really predictable. "It Follows" on the other hand was amazing, and then the movie realized it didn't know how to end so…something about a swimming pool for some reason? Both good, both way

"Tucker and Dale vs. Evil" or GTFO.

There's a smattering of giving it praise for praise's sake.

The metaphor got so ham-fisted in that movie, for me it robbed it of any real scares.

Logic would dictate that the parties involved had more pressing issues than the feelings of the damn Quakers, you know like the massive war they're fighting.

“Unleashing a killing spree on Quaker property is a bit of a faux pas,” notes Vowell, “a little like moseying into a Hindu temple with a wad of raw hamburger.”

If everybody had a 12 gauge, and a surfboard too

He thinks differently from me, so therefore he shouldn't exist.

(typed on a mac air while sipping fair trade coffee in a $2500/month studio apartment that used to belong to a old Polish woman until she was priced out an ended up in a state run nursing home, but yeah, entitled hipsters suck)

I, for one, eagerly anticipate the Die Hard cinematic universe, or DHCU.

I used to be really frustrated by his movies, as if he couldn't tell a story without gross out tactics, and then I saw Shinzaemon yell "you're welcome" and everything he ever made got retroactively better in my eyes. "13 Assassins" please don't remake it Hollywood, you couldn't do it justice.

Vague references to an attack somewhere, at sometime, against verifiable eyes on a target who could be taken out at that moment in Afghanistan? And again Clinton excused because he's blue, Bush should have known within 8 months of his Presidency that 9-11 would happen. Also the attacks did not take 8 months of

Right, Clinton perfect through 8 years, and his shortcomings excused. Bush, should have been psychic less than one year into his Presidency.

Doesn't matter, they'll never acknowledge that a Democrat could be in the wrong. I mean they're about to elect Hillary Clinton for God's sake, look at all they excuse for her.

Or 4 seconds into Heartbreaker, or Black Dog, or Hey Hey What can I do? or Over the Hills and Far Away, or Ramble On…Thanks avclub writer for reminding me to listen to Led Zeppelin it's been too long.

He was legitimately brilliant in that movie, and I didn't really love the film itself.

Seriously Malala, when will we get your condemnation of "manspreading" or will you not take a stand against this great evil?

I love the new remastered versions, they're so dense, every image has so many things going on.

Feminists are joyless scolds, stop trying to ruin Mad Max. Furiosa was badass, but she wouldn't have survived without Max…why it's almost as if they needed each other…the horror.
