I always love how people who say you should not try to time the market also say to buy low. That’s trying to time the market XD
True lol.
Interesting. I’ve always found that every personal finance writer seems to be telling their audience to fund their Roth using Vanguard Index Funds exclusively.
Hate to break the news but you’re still going to get hit by the 1.5% coinbase fee(min 0.15$ per transaction) in addition to the 1$ per month you’re paying coinflash. https://coinflashapp.com/support.html
Buy Bitcoins! Jk. Although these bitcoin prices nowadays are making me regret not getting a few hundred while they were cheap :(
Well. Seeing that personal finance can pretty much be summarized by “earn more, spend less” might as well never read another PF article again huh?
Seems like you just described how you’re better with money than your brother.

This can also easily be solved by having $1000 of buffer/working capital in your checking account at all times. Don’t worry about that $1000 that’s…
So I contributed $5,500 before Apr 15 (all in 2015) for my 2014 IRA and I’ve started contributing to my 2015 IRA. Am I still exceeding the limit?
Does Mint have a function that lets you make your own categories(food and dining, financial)? I know you can add subcategories but I've never found the option to add your own categories. I've resorted to putting all my monthly expenses under "taxes" and then my variable expenses under "financial" with custom…
