I've started Doctor Who from the beginning (well, 2005). Lots of fun even if the mid-00s CGI can be a bit dodgy at times.

Okay, the Linkin Park/Papa Roach thing made me laugh. Well played Clayton.
I visited this site for the first time in over a week and realized more than ever that there's just nothing here that interests me anymore other than the occasional feature. The A.V. Club I fell in love with in the late '00s and early '10s is gone and never coming back, but that seems true of life in general. Ah well.…
Modern day A.V. Club is a garbage dump but A History of Violence is a good feature. One good article every two weeks is barely worth it though.
Never mind. This place brings out the worst in me.
Man, newswire comments have gotten insufferable lately. No wonder the powers that be are trying to hide them.
Come on! Do it! Do it! Come on. Come on! Kill me! I'm here!
Kill me! I'm here! Kill me! Come on! Kill me! I'm here! Come on! Do it
now! Kill me!
Since I'm bored and upset today, I'm going to post an unpopular opinion: I never thought Wet Hot American Summer was a good movie. So there.
It's refreshing to hear that perspective. It gets a little tiring hearing things like "TNG sucks because it's not DS9" or "TOS was the only real Trek series."
I'm rewatching it too (season five for me), and I feel the same way.
I caught some of the Colin Farrel remake on TV recently. It was as pointless as you'd expect. You just can't fuck with the original.
"Commentary Tracks of the Damned" Ah, those were the good old days. But who needs that when you could have more GJIs about "cucks".
"Anime bullshit" is kind of redundant.
The middle part of that song kicks my ass.
I would love to try Indian food (I am a Red Dwarf fan). There has to be a good restaurant or two in Des Moines.
Both those things.
Eh, it's been going this way for a year or two, but, yeah, I don't think it's going to get better in the foreseeable future.
I spent the weekend dog-sitting for my sister and it was fun. Their house is so much better than mine - faster internet, better HD channels, more video games. Plus their dog is cuter than my cat. best of all it keep me away from wallowing in sites like this and Twitter and getting depressed. Ah well.
Wait for the Halloween or even the Christmas episode. If you don't like it by that point, then the show isn't for you.
That first paragraph totally fits your avatar though.
