I think Last Voyage of the Demeter would’ve done better if it featured Frankenstein instead of Dracula. Just imagine 90 hilarious minutes of Frankenstein constantly falling down because the ship is wet and always moving and he’s not that great at walking.

I caught an advanced screening with the director in ATX last weekend.

Goddamn it. You made me curious enough to find that cover of “Under the Bridge” on YouTube, and now I can never forgive you for that.

“Woah, what’s this meat, dude? Mutton? Radical! Is that, like, vampire food?”

“Oh yeah, the Barbie Movie is totally cancelled, that’s why it’s made literally a billion dollars.”

It bears repeating because: cancel culture does not exist, people.

Tawny Kitaen in Here I Go Again was pretty epic to youngfred. Granted she wasn’t A-List except in the looks department.

Liv Tyler and Alicia Silverstone in Aerosmith’s “Crazy”, and Silverstone was in at least two other Aerosmith videos.

No Milton Berle? Round and Round was huge.

My heart goes out to all The Gamers(tm) that are still trapped in their own personal 9/11s that her videos placed them in for the last 15 years.

According to what I just read, A Murder At The End of the World is postponed to debut in November, something to do with both WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. It looks good, though.

I agree.  Deciding ehhhhh your not worth saving makes me happy to see those people suffer.

It reminded me of “The Conscience of the King” also. Surprised Whitbrook didn’t mention the obvious parallels and even said “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds’ fondness for exploring old ideas and structures doesn’t just rely on an affection for the original Star Trek.”  Maybe he hasn’t watched the original series?

It’s weird to listen to actors talk about fifty different elements to their movie not succeeding when the reviews for the movie were worse. Were people just not supposed to care if the movie was good and watch it anyway?

You could definitely tell Helen had no idea what she was talking about for most of her scenes.  Hell, I had no idea what her character was doing until like 3/4ths of the way through the movie.  The ‘comedy’ scenes were definitely good but the overall plot was a mess.

Came here to make the same remark about Like a Prayer, which IMO is Peak Madonna.

Yeah after The OA I’ll at least give anything Brit and Zal do a chance.

Like a Prayer at #5? Blasphemy! In my heart it is #1.
