I’m going to watch that and treat it like a prequel to Class of ‘09. How did an earthquake in Australia lead to the creation of an A.I. surveillance state in the United States? We’ll find out!

This movie is so stupid and I love it so much.

Wow, I forgot Christine was also ‘83. Peak King! You’re right though, The Dead Zone is easily the best of these movies and it’s not particularly close I don’t think.

Definitely in for Class of ‘09, love me some Brian Tyree Henry.

In addition to Jaws 3-D, 1983 brought us Amityville 3-D - big yikes to that one. There was also a sequel to The Sting without Paul Newman or Robert Redford in it - no one needed that 10 years after the original good one!

The Grant Morrison cameo is where they really got me. That whole sequence though, Gar just got to have his own little Crisis on Infinite Earths and it was amazing. Also, does the ending mean we’re going to get more of the Earth-9 Doom Patrol, or will Gar just be back with the Titans like that ending didn’t happen?

Beheadings are on Wednesdays!”

Lattethunder Dogg is actually kind of a badass name.

ssssshhhhhhhhh The Herb will hear you.

Since this is Morning Spoilers, I feel OK bringing up maybe a spoiler for this episode of Titans

Superman vs. Brightburn: Gunn of Justice

Yeah, America should change its motto from “E. Pluribus Unum” to “Truth, Justice . . . You Know, The Superman Way”

It’s weird that they’re saying it would be available at 9 AM, because it did eventually stream last night shortly after 9:30 PM Eastern, recorded.

Netflix seems to kinda suck at this livestream thing so far - it hasn’t started yet, 35m late and counting.

That’s gonna be me as soon as my coffee is ready.

Heads up for my fellow Single Drunk Female fans. Even though only the first two episodes premiered on Freeform on Wednesday, Hulu has the entirety of Season 2 up for some reason, so binge away!

Part of me wants to sign up to hear about all the good things companies are doing.

This is my favorite play, and I’m stoked for this film. Stacked as this cast is though, I have no idea how they’re going to live up to the 1995 version. Charles S. Dutton was an absolute powerhouse in that film and Alfre Woodard was strong and brilliant. Bless Denzel Washington for driving this August Wilson revival,

Sad that True Detective won’t arrive until after my subscription ends in June, but it seems like maybe I’ll be able to catch it on Tubi someday.

I think when it first came out, I thought it was kinda corny, but it’s grown on me over the years. In my head I can hear what KRS-One’s part would have sounded like a little slower, with more verses and over a Scott La Rock (RIP) beat as a BDP song.
