Portland piracy!

This may have already been said, I heard there’s a copy of “The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy” in the glove box.

I had an 84 and man was that a great car. Everything everyone’s said about them is totally true. If I got another one, I’d ditch the leather, though. I remember how cool it was to activate the headlight washers and ‘wow’ my passengers. I still have the HKS air filter I bought for it. Even at 170,000 miles it drove

He may be talking about the following generation.

These dill the bill for me. The Trans Am is a 1992 WS6 car and is for date nights and car shows while the Jeep is my DD and for full-on family excursions. I’m happy to say that both have three pedals.

Drive a Jeep Wrangler for a week and remove the doors and top. You won’t give a s**t about noise. You’ll be too busy having fun.

I completely understand your cynicism. When I first started reading this I also thought, “how dare Ford sully the good name of the ST lines with glorified badge engineering!” But the more I thought about it as I read, I theorized that they’re just moving their highest performance lines (Mustangs not withstanding) to

Yeah!

Black wheels look great, but when they start putting them on cars at the factory, it’s played out.

Here’s my tribute to the 90s. I know it’s not green or an Integra, but this is parked in my garage and it’s got three pedals. It’s slower than a Chevy Cruze, but sounds so much better and is so much more fun to drive.

Great buy at 3K. It’s likely the maintenance was kept up to date judging from the pics. As a bonus, you can shuttle your family to the car show and park on the field. #Winning!

I had a dark red over darker red two-tone 84 with a 5 speed and dark red leather. It was fast enough to get out of its own way, but that DOHC I-6 was SO torquey. Great F-in’ car! I traded it with 155,000 on it for a new 97 Ranger because it needed a new brake booster. Thanks for the flashback. It ticked all the boxes

Enjoy your cost of living, too.

Here in Missouri, I do enjoy the snow. And the dirt and the sand and the mud......

I’m sure I speak for all of us when I say thank you for the public service.

My wife’s first new car was a 97 ACR coupe in black. At the time, we weren’t married yet. She just wanted a black 4 door basic car to trade her rust-free 84 RX7 for (an $800 trade-in tragedy i still don’t like talking about). She test drove the ACR coupe at my prodding and was instantly sold. A year and a half later

I dont know if they still put them in Ford’s, but I had an 07, a 14 & a 15 Explorer, a 10 Expedition & an 08 F150 and all the fuel cutoffs were up in the front passengers footwells. I think they moved them because that’s where first responders are going first after a collision. They must have changed the design since

Miata for a first time driver? No way. Imagine that vs. any one of the full size trucks out there, let alone anything bigger. How about an early 2000s Acura CL/TL or Honda Accord. Lack of a back seat never stopped my now wife and I.

It has a Neon/Caliber SRT4 swap. I don’t know the particulars, but I’m sure it at least has an intercooler. I’m sure someone here can break it down for you.

While all of them are jaw-dropping, these are from 2016.
