In retaliation, Vladimir Putin blew up Vince McMahon's limo.

I agree that they both seem horrible and should get divorced. What a mess.

Maybe the fact that he is hounding her for sex every day is a turn off. It starts to feel like a job that way, like just one more thing you have to do, like laundry. When it is framed as simply meeting his needs, it stops being an act of love. It's a thing she needs to check off- work, gym, fuck husband, load

How often are people not doing something? If watching a Friends re-run is considered "doing something" I get the feeling he's not getting a lot of opportunities to ask when she's not doing something.

She's fucking someone else, bro.

Thanks and thanks. I like to think of Deadspin as that small place on a tiny Venn Diagram where people who can appreciate elderly referees and Stephen Malkmus intersect.

These post-WC rankings validate the US was in the Group of Death. Here are the point sums for the most difficult groups:
1) Group G (Germany/US/Portugal/Ghana): 4,503
2) Group D (Costa Rica/Uruguay/Italy/England): 4,283
3) Group B (Netherlands/Chile/Spain/Australia): 4,220

not to get all simmonsy here but yeah the dutch were underranked in the previous list but are probably overranked now. mexico and costa rica in the first two knockout games were probably as easy a path to the semis that a team could have.

I agree. NO, was my response as well.

Solid argument. How does the paste taste at your school?

The article was not entirely accurate.

Meanwhile the Spurs be all

My dad recently died of lymphoma so this really hits home. If putting Chris Berman on TV will cure cancer once and for all, then I'm all for doing the right thing and not putting Chris Berman on TV.

This here is what I call the "Commissioner's Dilemma." If you actually lock rosters, and a locked team loses on account of their roster being locked (e.g. they were forced to start players on a bye week), then isn't that manager incentivized to quit the league or just leave their roster locked instead of paying up?
