This was one of my favorite shows - at least for the first few seasons. It went off the rails a bit towards the end, and Jamie just got mean, which I didn’t like. Hopefully they can lean more towards the feeling in the first season or two, rather than the last two. But I’ll more than likely watch it.

I have to disagree with the notion that Margaret was more suited to be Queen than Elizabeth. Elizabeth is by far the stronger of the two, to my mind.

The worst thing about Tony is that he’s soooo boring and the people he surrounds himself are so borrrring. That tedious blonde woman he got pregnant, having snobby gab-sessions proving they’re no less superficial and dull then the people Margaret thinks she’s getting away from. Catty and dull - and needlessly endless…

I’m not sure why you thought Tony was anything other than a selfish git given everything we’ve seen thus-far.

Not denying she played her part wonderfully, but in Hollywood once a woman starts getting cast as an older woman, it seems to happen again and again, rather than hiring a good actor for parts and using makup to fudge the age up/down

I don’t understand the point of the nudity. I’m certainly pro-nudity, as these things usually go, but this seemed so off for this show. It’s been at worst PG-13 for almost two whole seasons now, and suddenly we get two soft-core porn scenes and to what end? They’ve certainly hinted at Philip and Elizabeth and Margaret…

I’m sick and tired of older, established actresses stealing parts from the next generation. How are we ever supposed to develop new stars if all the best roles are going to actresses over 40?
