I think the best commentary they ever did on gun control was when in “Downer Ending”, when BJ, Sara Lynn, and Todd are all tripping, they’re inexplicably all holding guns and remark - “wait - if everyone has guns, no one will need to have guns!” or something, and Todd replies, “I THINK WE JUST SOLVED THIS COUNTRY’S

I mean, you can be grossed out about a 24 year old man dating a 17 year old boy, have issues with pederasty, not think it’s representative of gay men at large, and also be grossed out by James Woods’... everything.

I’m guessing it’ll go something like this comic someone drew.

Nah, they ain’t that deep. It’s clear they’re using it for shock value, the laziest of all comedy.

I feel so privileged to meet the Arbiter of What’s Racist

Again: They’re not equal opportunity. 2 episodes that get it right on trans issues do not a “Mrs. Garrison” arc erase.

They’re not “equal opportunity.” They’re “oooooh you’re not SUPPOSED to mock Jews and Transpeople and gays that way but we GO THERE!!!”

Definitely. That was made clear last season in the glimpses of marriage counseling we saw. She’s with PB cuz it’s easy and he naively puts up with her shit. But that’s because his head is constantly in the clouds and he chooses to remain oblivious to anything negative. And as a result of that, he also does things he

that’s definitely a great way to word it, they way you rewrote it.

Glad I wasn’t the only one “NOPE.”-ing to Allison Brie orgasming into a microphone for a scene involving a dog literally fucking her.

Pussgrab already did a comedy routine where he said “well some of them are good guys, both sides were bad.” Not sure what these guys could add.

“Intimacy issues resolved for now”?! REALLY. Because - and granted, I have limited first hand knowledge of these issues - if a relationship that needs physical intimacy to remain healthy can only get it when the partners involved are angry at one another, those issues are FAR from resolved. In fact it just

Pedantry time: They don’t take the brain out, they just move the pick side to side to sever the connections.

I LOVE that Todd is asexual, and everything they do with that subplot throughout this season. As a gay woman who is probably demisexual (it’s sort of... more than Ace but less than the usual sexual level) I’m thrilled that a character like Todd is on the air. They’re possibly going to explore him having romantic

“OIL spiiiiilllll! OIIIILLLLLL SPIIIII-I-I-I-LLL!”

I’m not gonna pass a judgment on a movie I haven’t seen that I’m only vaguely aware of but I’m right there with ya on the imagery. Hey, at least it did its job, which is to make people who love their pets feel sick? Bravo?

Yeah, I definitely forgive them for artistic purposes. There are so many times the scarred head comes back into play in brief flashes and callbacks. And if there WERE lobotomies that were indeed performed by cutting into the scalp, it’s not that far-fetched an artistic choice.

“She’s a lady, all right!”

touché. Although, I’m just hypothesizing here - I bet it could be done - with a looooooong ass ice pick.

Lisa Hanawalt’s attention to detail is AMAZING, from the animal species to the clothing. The fact that they got that correct just adds to this show’s charm. These aren’t “funny animals” a la Donald Duck - they’re literal biological animals (for the MOST part, coupling not withstanding...)
