Not to mention the moral questions it raises are fascinating. Are we any better than these “evil” aliens? Does invading their planet make us just as bad as they are? What does it accomplish? There’s some rich thematic territory to be mined, not to mention some massive action.

When Varys left, he said he was going to find Dany a fleet. Even with the Iron fleet and the ships she took from the masters, I’m still not sure she had enough to carry her whole horde + horses. I’m betting she still needed those ships, or that at least they'd make the trip a lot more comfortable.

Yep, spot on, good screen cap.

Look for the green sails. They're usually off in the background on the wide shots, none up front.

I don’t think we skipped over them sailing to Westeros. I think we skipped over Dorne and HG sailing to Meereen. My reasoning is that I don't think the Dothraki would spend any more time on ships than they absolutely have to. If they had reached Westeros, those guys are hopping off and hoofing it the rest of the way.

Noticed the same thing with the recap, really helped to set the tone right away. Absolutely loved all of the scoring.

That first 20 minutes really was an absolute masterpiece. Every single detail. I kind of liked the time spent on the window, it built tension, I really wasn't expecting that.

Didn't Hot Pie teach Arya all about baking?

Geez! Why is it so unbelievable for people that he might have just sailed back!? There were BOTH Dorne AND High Garden sails in Daenerys’s fleet. How did they get there? Maybe they sailed across the NARROW Sea?

Umm, Dany also has red priestesses who believe she is Azor Ahai. Ambiguous prophecies are fun...

No, the Dorne and High Garden ships sailed to Mereen, brought Varys with them. There's no way the Dothraki would sail from Dorne to Kings Landing. They won't spend any more time on ships than they have to, they'd go by land.

There were both Dorne and High Garden sails in the fleet. He obviously sailed back with the fleet he went to find for Daenerys.

This. All of this. I don't get why more people don't see or agree with this. They tune into the travel if something important happens, otherwise we skip it.

Kings can recognize and legitimize bastards. So as long as both Gendry and someone who knows his lineage makes it through, the future king or queen could restore the Baratheon line. This would be even more likely if the future ruler were to be someone with sympathies towards bastards, maybe a certain Snow?

I really didn’t find it that jarring. We should be accustomed to the fact that the show basically doesn’t show you travel, they only tune into the travel if important events occur during the trip. I mean, in the same time Varys sailed from Meereen to Dorne and back, Arya went from Bravos to Riverrun (pretty much in

Green sails, white rose. Any shot they're in, they're usually off in the background. You never see it up close like you do with the Dorne sails at one point.

There were ships from High Garden and Dorne in the armada. He probably sailed back with them. He did say when he left that he was going to find her a fleet.

The finale of Rebels was arguably the most badass I've ever seen Vader be.

This is phenomenal news! I can't just imagine the witty banter.

In the same amount of time since Sansa escaped, Theon has sailed to the Iron Islands, had a kingsmoot, sailed to Volantis, hung out in a brothel and sailed to Mereen. I think it’s safe to say it’s been a while and Sansa is not pregnant.
