Yeah man. They gave us a pointless graph. It could be half a percentage point drop for all we know.

I’m just saying that without any time-frame, or even an X or Y axis, this is a meaningless graph. It could be showing literally anything.

Exactly. This graph is misleading at best.

See it would have taken a lot of space to post the entire textbook as an image, so I just used the most relevant part in the image and then posted a link to the entire thing. Also yeah not starting at zero is a big deal especially when you don't label your x or y axis. You have no perspective, like in my image the top

his secret is zooming in, which he can do without anyone realizing, because you have no idea what the scale of the graph is in the first place. For all anyone knows, those bars represent milligrams.

Pulled right out of my goddamn statistics textbook lol

How do you know that is body weight? It could be the amount of weight lost vs. his total weight, it could be the amount of corn in his poop, it could be the amount of poop weight he lost over time this morning he took a little poop. See the thing is without any numbers or information, that graph is useless.

Well I just saw a post about how they claim that the decreased catch rates are a “bug” according to them. Yea a bug that forces people to get more pokeballs. Fucking shadey as hell.

i think it has at least partially to do with slowing down leveling for low- and middle level trainers, since it doesn’t take much effort to hit 20 and they want the game to progresss slower and last longer.

So whats the reason for making pokemon even harder to catch and flee more? Thanks to a broken scaling system high level players already had a hard enough time catching lowly pokemon we used to catch easily as a lower level. Now its even worse. Gotta milk that hardcore fanbase for all their worth eh Niantic?

I guess you haven’t played many games running on MMO-infrastructure at launch, then. Or maybe you just think they’re all terrible, and at that point, I question why bother trying others if you’re going to continue thinking they’re terrible.

The launch really hasn’t been that terrible. AT all. Stop saying that, it’s driving me nuts. Very rarely do launches on server-based games with massive numbers of players go well in the slightest. This one has been pretty average, and faaaaaaaar from terrible.
