It really depends on the order of events... I have a hard time believing that the man would open fire first without more of a reason than “it’s a car”. I think it’s more likely that the kids saw the man with the gun, panicked, and drove off (towards the man, since he was in front of the car). The man then fired at the

What’s fishy is that they decided not to contact the police.

The man’s version sounds a lot more plausible. The teens most likely saw the man with a gun pointed at them, panicked, and sped off (towards the man because he was in front of the car). The man perceived his life as being in danger and reacted poorly by opening fire.

“A lot of people are just drawn into their phones, you know, staring in this, not really paying attention to what’s going on,” said Soch. “You really gotta pay attention to what’s going on around you.”
The irony of them only spotting the offender because their game froze...

Never said they would be flirting.

Now playing

Kind of reminds me of Monster Madness a game that I really enjoyed on the 360, it has that same feel.

That’s the best thing I’ve heard about this game so far.

I did, thought it was a very fun game and had an interesting story line. Shame the others that have come out since are...well like the game in this article.

Anybody else actually like the last Ghostbusters game?
I had a blast with it. Super good time.

No one will ever buy and play with a million dollar card.

I think you’re thinking of Yu-Gi-Oh and not MTG if you think there is power creep. The MTG development team has spent lots of the past few years getting the power level balanced to a position they want, by which they mean more combat-focused, interactive games. As a result of this, spells have come down in power,

Uhh, I hightly doubt you were much of a player if you think the game has power creep. There is maybe one or two cards per block that sees play in legacy.

I’m happy he provided the perfect line to summarize why I hate Undertale fans.

the opportunity to choose something more outside the red-and-blue party system

It's a gun not a painting. All the guns they make are based off guns in real life. If I draw a painting of the Grand Canyon can I expect DCMA from a prior artist? This is just Activision being worse than they already are.

and if you were active on Nexus at that time (or just on the open chat...or even looking at the discussion page for that “mod”)...you’d see his story hasn’t changed at all.

One stolen DLC versus untold hundreds of stolen mods, which do you think is easier to sort out?

The point was that it was presented as them being nice and choosing to remove the copyrighted DLC leak. If they hadn’t, they could be sued and shut down. It has nothing to do with respect. They’re acting like they are owed something because they took down a mod that was pirated and leaked early.

This is a good example for how everyone tries to tell their own version of the story.
