Don’t focus on the “big” parts to standardize like whole battery packs. Look at how the Tesla is built on modular stacks, standardize on those. Standardize on the modules that go inside them. Have a few sizes, like 5 “main” sizes for the electric motor, or a battery pack that can fit say, 6 modules for a sports car
