I was, and I think for most people, they think Ironman too. As someone who runs, and struggles to do halfs, I look at Ironman athletes with awe and wonder.

Not sure that’s true. An Olympic Distance Triathlon is roughly a 1 mile swim, about 25 miles on a bike, and a 10K run. With a moderate amount of training most reasonably healthy people can do it, and it’s probably less strenuous the body than a marathon.
