iirc in origins at least, your choices effected your ability to beable to bring certain groups with you to the boss fight so as a min-max style gamer, i sided with the mages just because it sounded like the final boss was a flyer (which it more or less was)
its because the publishers want to beable to put the revenue from the number of units shipped (not to be mistaken for units sold) on the reports for the end of the fiscal year while reducing the development costs listed on those same reports
what is a religion besides a group of people who believe that they are following some higher calling?
oh come on, you can figure out the first 2 just by the names
steam doesn't actually publish or develop most of the games they sell so its not really their fault if the games suck.
did they ever fix the expansion? iirc patch 1.5 broke a lot of things
good and bad are all relative to time period and relative location and geopolitical climate
except cable based ISPs don't need much new infrastructure to run
the whole phrase "tastes like chicken" only exists these days because chicken doesn't even taste like chicken anymore
no the manga hasn't ended and the anime barely even covers most of what portion of the manga is out
but most people can't help but think that if they didn't make enough money of post kickstarter sales to fund another game then how many games will it take before they fail to deliver a kickstarted project
not to mention all the bloat that the actual app has these days, some or those extra bits attached that are supposed to help transition from web links to the actual client faster sometimes demand up to 20% of my cpu
yeah but its still true that that amount could be much greater if companies would improve their infrastructure, which most of the larger companies could easily afford to do
Comcast will and other companies will tell you its because only a certain amount of data can be moving through lines at any given point in tim so data caps are implemented to prevent people from trying to do things that use a ton of data all at once, which is mostly true
allergy countermeasures for spring and fall pollen
no but i think it would be fine to steal all the drug dealers drugs to stop him from dealing drugs
which is why i don't and for the record i don't really pirate games either, unless they're the japanese porn games and thats only because the pirated versions are the ones with the english translations. it is damn easy to read reviews and such but not enough people do that to make the shitty publishers change their…
if piracy is thievery then the shit that video game companies do in the name of "marketing" is conning people, now i know two wrongs don't make a right but too many people still end up falling for that shit that there is really nothing we can do about these companies and their shit
but can you justify using hype and marketing schemes to make someone buy something for $60 then give them a pile of shit that you can't do anything with and refuse to give refunds?
