but like i said before preoders do guerntee a sale in the eyes of the publishers, because , even if the end user cancels a preorder the shop that you preordered from cannot in most cases, so the publisher still moves a copy of the games regardless of whether you actually pick up the game or not

also to the publishers 1 preorder = 1 sale because even if you cancel your preorder or return the game to a brick and mortar store like gamestop, it the store that refunds your sale/investment and the store, which pays for its stock up front, that now has an extra copy of a junky game to sell

these are repetitively old but the X:com expansion was terribly broken, the "3rd person" Xcom game had many crash bugs, simcity is the obvious one. i cant really list more since i don't play big budget games like those much.

yet publishers continue to push up release dates and putting out games that don't work

shop contest worthy?

preorders send the message to publishers that its okay to release games in buggy/broken/unfinished states because even if the is terribly broken they still get tons of money from all the poor fools who preorder. many triple A games these days are released like this and its something that has to stop

because American companies keep dumbing down toys for kids like this, kids in the newer generation are getting dumber and dumber

where did the report as spam button go?

the old kyoani style (clannad, air, first haruhi, kanon 2006) was certainly the absolote limit on how big eye could be

i misspoke it really the middling communities that need large server access but rely on a small portion of the community to actually pay for the large server access

and again your missing the point of the article and mojangs recent clarificationions

mojang has explicitly stated that you can charge for access to a server and charge for features on that server as long as every user of the server has access to those features equally, do you not understand this

bored of VR or bored of monitors that your strap to your face that claim to be VR

yes but if you actually read the article that was part of the old pre-EULA

except mojang had explicitly stated that charging for "gameplay affecting mods" was against the EULA

except what most people charge for is plugin content or cheats that were made using plugin content

you can easily by weapons with cash

i haven't the foggiest idea except for the fact that most home based connections wont work.

that maybe all well and good if you have 20-30 players but the popular servers may have hundreds

the way i see it
