No one mentioned Carnivale?
No one mentioned Carnivale?
I assumed it was because Cal/Jon zapped that 7th calvary attacker. Perhaps they were wearing body cams or someone in their ranks saw what happened.
Right. Im remembering now he told Angela that it was important for her to see him standing on the pool. So yes, i suppose he needed to be captured so that x, y, and z can happen.
I love how you draw out the parallels between Veight and Manhattan. You can see how theyre friends, or as close to it as these two unique individuals would be capable of being to someone else.
that was batshit insane, which ofcourse is the highest form of praise possible lol
This might just have been one of the finest hours of television period, not just of mr robot.
Pedro Pascal justified every penny he charged with his delivery of “it would” alone.
First of all let me say that from a visual and artistic standpoint this was already a brilliant hour of television. How they overlapped the memories, the film noir vibe.
This episode was amazing. Tim Blake Nelson is blowing it out of the park as Looking Glass. And he just became the most sympathetic character on the show.
Ruth Wilson is perfect in everything it seems.
To be quite honest i was getting a bit.. fatigued of Lyra the “precocious” (see bratty) child lead. ( she was perfect in Logan, its just how shes’s written here, shes a bit grating for me). However, the minute the words “we need to cross” were uttered my interest in the…
Absolutely loved the segment with Olivia, even though he was there to manipulate. And though i saw where it was going from miles away, i loved Whiterose’s origin story. I really enjoy it when film/tv find a way to humanize “villains” and them sympathetic. Happened with Killmonger, Thanos and now Whiterose. Not bad. lol
well stated!
Or himself. He may have orchestrated all this as self flaggelation. True he did it to save humanity, but he’s still a mass murderer.
Just one thing to add: im still not convinced the chief IS crooked. The kkk outfit isnt his...its definitely his fathers or grandfather’s based on the framed picture.
The last 2 episodes have knocked it out of the park.
One of the finest hours of tv ive seen. That was amazing.
So far so good! I thoroughly enjoyed this episode.
Youre not wrong. What made the show must see tv was that literally ANYONE could die when you least expect it.
Perhaps its so obvious that its a bit of misdirection, but for now i suspect Amma ordered her girl gang and the boys that fawn over them to kill those girls to prove their loyalty/adoration
I think that is exactly what’s happening. Exactly. I guess we shall see. Interestingly enough, though he said he’s just playing along, there are little signs that the Man in Black is reverting to his William self.
