I have neither, so I'm no expert, but going by the general info I hear on various podcasts, Midroll/Scripps bought Sticher and wants to transition all the Howl stuff to the Stitcher platfom and eventually phase out the Howl one.

Since we didn't get a Podmass last week, I want to bring up the Who Charted? ep with the Doughboys now. It was enjoyable for a lot of reasons (Mitch trying so hard to impress/bond with Howard, only to express all the wrong opinions), but it was interesting to watch a video feed of Mitch and Nick being…well, Mitch and…
Yeah. It wasn't bad, but the luster has fallen a bit for this podcast. That's been my general feeling for the past few eps (the post-Commentary eps in general).
30 Rock?
Joe Isuzu!
Are you yelling this at your microwave or something?
I was initially a little put off by the album version because its relative brevity through me off, but I quickly came to love the production on it.
This reminds me that I had 2 horribly shitty Real Audio files on my computer 20 years ago - they were Thom & Johnny playing Subterranean Homesick Alien and…another song…Motion Picture Soundtrack, I think?. From a radio session, I think, a few months before OK Computer came out.
Whenever I bring a flask of whiskey into a theater, I wonder if the smell is obvious.
That's when you gotta let one rip…
I…isn't that the common take? At least, among cinephiles?
"someone saying it's a shame that a show with diverse representation was canceled"
I don't give two shits what you think about Netflix - I just don't get the crazy-ass blinkers you got on this particular case.
So, you're saying that Netflix produced the most expensive TV show every knowing that it would have a majority POC cast then cancelled it because it had a majority POC cast? Who knows, maybe you're right, but you ain't exactly the safe bet - you get why, right?
Your original comment kind of reads like you're snidely accusing them of cancelling the show because it features a majority POC cast - maybe that's not what you meant, but most of the replies to it tend to point out that there's a more likely reason than the POC cast thing, so I don't think I'm the only one who read…
@1derer:disqus just aped your comment and changed out the assumed reason for its cancellation. I guess that means your comment was snide, too.
Occam's Razor is now considered "overly defensive"?
Love gives Mike Mitchell a paycheck so he can continue to kill himself with food for our amusement, so it's got that going for it.
I always hoped his next name would be @TheReturnoftheCurseof DBoonsGhost
The dog actually says "ruff", not "stuff", after "Sit, Ubu, sit!"
