This is so NP I sent it to my friend who loves old Triumphs telling him that he should buy it right now. Looks good, cheap, and is no LESS reliable than the standard drivetrain (in fact, even though it’s a hack job, might be MORE reliable than the original)

a 3 year plea deal FOR SHOOTING AT A CEILING?????????

*puts on conspiracy theory hat*

This is salted-earth policy. Between this and tearing up the Iran deal, Trump has made it impossible for anyone who comes after him to reconcile with the middle east. No Iranian will trust the US at their word, and no Palestinian will believe that the US isn’t negotiating as a neutral partner in the peace process.

We have angled parking at work, and I hate it when one of those Nimitz-class carriers...er...pickups is parked on my right. It’s like trying to back out blind around the side of a building in my sensible compact sedan.

Beautiful car, but it’s too bad Honda went with the standard dash design for that model. The dash on my old ‘96 Prelude was so ahead of it’s time, putting a smile on my face with every turn the key.

Electrical Engineer here. Let me be clear here that, while this dude seems bright, most EEs don’t design for practicality, we design for functionality.

See, and I was drawn to the tractor in the background of the driveway pic. Tomato/tomahto.

“12k can get you a Cummins with less miles.”

Caliber interior was horrifying. Tata Nano has a nicer interior.

Yesterday sure did turn out weird. I paid a little more than that for my Disco 2 with 117k miles, in almost flawless shape. I’m surprised people went for 3k on a Disco 1 in highly questionable shape. But hey, chalk up a win for Land Rover!

Diesel Jeep. Only reason I voted NP, is it’s a Diesel Jeep

David probably hasn’t spent 12k on all his Jeeps combined. Including repairs, maintenance, upgrades, gas and insurance.

I would buy this 10 times out of 10 over yesterday’s Disco....and it’s still CP.

At the end of the day its still just a 10 year old Grand Cherokee with 186K on it. Now you expect me to pay 40 cents more per gallon of fuel too and $12K for the whole shabang. #CRACKPIPE

The puddle was the first thing I noticed.. At least we know it is a real Land Rover that way.

I know a ton of roughnecks in Texas and Canada who’d be thrilled to start working again.

I was surprised the levitation happening in the background wasn’t more of a focus of the story.
