Well, there aren't characters without a plot. What would be JJ without her story, her arc, her quest? You know, the plot. Nothing, as the character wouldn't even exist.

I'm not sure if you're including the films or not, but even Ultron was better than Jessica "I'm trying to be a grime mix of emo girl and Humphrey Bogart" Jones.

He could get a magical GPS, though.

I really laughed at this commentary :D. To be honest, I don't get the blue undead guys. If only fire and a certain steel can kill them, why do they care if it's winter or not? And what does the Night King want? Revenge? To install a democratc government in Westeros, lead by the undead?

There were some oddly sad episodes, normally displaying a "lesson". Afterwards, the team would feel stronger, etc.

It was pretty huge in Portugal, too. Speaking for myself, it was a joyful series to watch. No one thought it was great, but it was really pleasant.

I was about to say I recalled two episodes from Baywatch, but now I'm no longer sure it weren't BN night episodes.

They all have different dads/moms, so there wouldn't be that moment of enlightenment that it was the "Martha" one.

She didn't play a comic book character in "Under the skin", nor in "Her", nor in "Lucy", nor in the two Allen's films, etc. I don't understand certain commentaries in specialized film sites.

I agree. They feel obliged to keep a certain balance.
They can't exactly aim the film and an older audience, or they'd risk losing the children audience.
