Jacobson did write it. Matthew F. Jones never wrote a single page of the script. They gave him the writing credit as part of the settlement of the lawsuit.

If you read the lawsuit you would know that they (the production company and director) DID NOT have a signed release from Matthew F. Jones to use the material for a film. Also the script was written by the director with Dorff riding roughshod over the process.
