Growing up in a mild climate, we had ants year round but they only came inside in the summer. We mentioned this to an entomologist friend of ours and she told us the ants were looking for water. So we kept the yard immediately around the house well watered and the "indoor ants" never came back.

As a society, we are doing our best to stop natural selection - don't eat a TV diet, warning labels on hairdryers, contents might be hot, etc. As a result, we are breeding a dumber society because stupid people continue to propagate while we protect them from killing themselves.

@mike_311: If I recall correctly, Jared ate 1.5 sandwiches a day (1 6in, 1 1ft) and that's it. Most dietary experts called it a starvation diet and not very healthy.
