Congratulations, you have an opinion. What a shocker.

We're having fun with our consoles, to answer your implied query.

What would they call it? Safari?

Dude, calm down. You sound as if Microsoft shot your puppy in the face.

I have feelings? Never knew that.

Voicing your opinion as fact doesn't justify you. If you don't want to start debate, then don't say things like they are fact.

"Better console" is debatable.

I'm flattered you even bothered read my post history. Though admittedly this account is very young compared to the several other iterations I had to go through to even have one account across all my computers when I visit this site. I never claimed to be on a side, however, so I have no idea why you even bothered. Ah,

Good thing it isn't. Check Twitter sometime, chap.

This man knows. These rumors have already been debunked. You guys outta browse around the Internet more. ;D

By that logic, Sony still has yet to prove the DS4. Honestly, I think this argument applies more to them than to Microsoft. I mean, the Xbox One controller is basically just a reiteration and improvement upon the 360 controller. What do they have to prove besides the rumble triggers?

>we need to get rid of bipartisan politics

What's the point of mentioning Project Spark?

So the console makers that were the most forward-thinking of last gen are now the bane of this industry's existence? Oh please. Save the melodramatics for the playground.

Last I checked, when you sign up for your Xbox Live account, they explicitly ask you if you want to allow them to collect metrics. It's not made part of the EULA because it's a privacy concern, not a ToS concern. It isn't legal, it's personal.

It's an interesting prospect, surely, but how far can this really go? I mean, if we start seeing boxes supporting this, how will devs be able to accommodate for all the different hardware setups? This doesn't seem so much as competitive to consoles as it is to battle against Windows itself for the living room.

That's a fallacy in logic. More like you're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't.

Aw, come on guys, can't you just enjoy the video?

And you should probably stop with the unnecessary ellipsis abuse. :V

The only reason people assumed that they wouldn't change was because the one source we have, as far as I remember, was one of the PR guys saying, "As far as I know, it'll be just like it is on the 360", which in no way indicates that what they were saying was concrete and in-place. The outcry was unjustified.
