well, okay, if it were decades-old or in another language… but since that's not the case here, why not just buy the original and air it on network tv instead of giving the broader american audience an inferior product?

i've seen little of tennant's work, but i've been impressed by what i saw…. i don't know why there's even a remake, but since there is one, now i don't know why tennant in particular was retained… i thought he did a great job on broadchurch, but for me the heart(s) of the show were olivia colman and jodie whitaker…

there's a second season of broadchurch? yippee….
