So your main takeaway from her post is that she writes funny, not that there was some (at the least) creepy shit going on that they had to make a rule like that in the first place? She was like 14 years old.

Rouge. There are no doubts or other possible answers. Anything else is wrong... It’s Rouge.

My guess is Riri Williams, aka Ironheart. Marvel seems to be laying the groundwork for Young Avengers, and Ironheart would be a good Ironman replacement.

You’re having some difficulty with middle ground in this. On the one hand “people liked Joss Whedon’s work” and on the other hand some “presumption that he is incompetent and doesn’t know what he’s doing.”

I smell a Darcy and Woo spinoff series with an X-Files type vibe.

she looks similar enough to Bo-Katan that it was pretty workable.

It’s hard to pick a favorite performance this season, between Amos, Naomi, and Drummer for me especially! I also think Peaches is turning out to be one of my favorites. I loved the way she was like “Oh yeah I was serving multiple life sentences for mass murder...”

That was a good line, but the one that made me laugh like a hyena was:

Favorite line in the movie: (in the barber shop) “I was existing as a theoretical construct in a hypothetical way station between life and death.” Someone in the background: “I hear that...”

Cool, but this is absolutely a story that needs to be covered by the news. We should not help the Conways cover up abuse of their daughter.

Agnes begins to say things about Wanda—the Wanda we’ve seen in the past—and her life from before that disturb him. Agnes knows that, after losing her parents and Pietro, Wanda had no real biological family to speak of, and the way she says all of this is with an acuity that Westview’s residents haven’t really had up

It is really gutsy of Marvel to start this series cold. There’s no recap to catch us up to when last we saw our heroes. They put that in a separate series. They trust their audience to already know the background and be on board to solve the mystery of how Vision does not have a crater in his head where the mind

Actress Rachel House, who played the Grandmaster’s bodyguard, Topaz, in Thor: Ragnarok confirmed her character is dead and will not appear in Thor: Love & Thunder.

  1. Bulk Individual Coffee Pods (96-Count)

Patty Jenkins directing Rogue Squadron!!!! I can’t be more hyped than I am right now! This is the best news ever!

But character development? This episode’s got almost none, and definitely none with the two returning characters. Beyond “really good at fighting”, the episode does almost nothing to develop either of those characters, they’re just on board with protecting Grogu from the Empire because... I guess honor and stuff?

This is admittedly only tangentially related to a review of this book, but I wanted to say I feel like the title is a horrible one for a sequel. It’s lazy and it makes no sense. “Ready Player Two” should have been the title for a parallel novel that explored the experiences of another character during, and perhaps

I have not seen my parents or brother since covid hit. My wife (a nurse) is currently getting tested right now. She woke up with symptoms but had to have a virtual screening before they agreed to test her. Hoping for results in the next hour or two. Even if it comes back negative she was told to monitor her symptoms

How about Star Trek Lower Decks turning out to be so much more than expected? The last few episodes, and especially the season finale, just made it a solid entry in the Trek franchise.

Finn’s arc should have been from reluctant rebel to discovering he was a symbol and inspiration to other disaffected stormtroopers to a full blown rebel leader who inspires a popular revolt in the First Order against Hux and Ren that helps tip the scales in the finale.

Poe’s arc should have given him the opportunity
