@RenRen: I don't think the police will be sending in a forensics team to track down whoever steals your whatnots. But I like your thinking anyway.

@jonny6pak: yeah my main point in replying to you was that I agree overseeding makes such a difference...

@jonny6pak: overseeding, combined with proper mowing, watering, feeding and aeration make chemical weedkillers unnecessary for all but the worst of lawns.

Patio furniture - the best time in my locale is towards the end of fall - before stores start making room for Christmas stuff. Wait until November because after Halloween the prices are marked ridiculously low, so act quick otherwise its slim pickings.

@cheeken: and lots of time reading lifehacker to avoid facing the misery of getting the last 20% of a project finished.

For me this definitely holds true, but only for items that I've associated positive emotions while being in contact with said item. For me it seems that just looking at that item instills as as much sentimental as physical contact, but I'm a very visual person.

@mobycat: well I am no lawyer, and as a Canadian am subject to a different set of statutes than US residents, but I'd wager my knowledge of copyright law, in general, is in the same arena as your own which is probably slightly better than the average person. And under Section 29 of the Canadian Copyright act (dealing

@jamesf3i: no, its different. When you steal a book from somebody they no longer have it. When you download it the people who already had one still have theirs.

"...Randy Cohen argues that while downloading a pirated copy of a piece of media is without question illegal...

I like to use it as a sweetener for stir-fry sauce, BBQ sauce, glazes for meat/fish etc, salads, you name it... anything that calls for sugar often gets maple syrup instead.

I just bought a "Wireworld Platinum Starlight" cable... did I pay too much:
