Much like ... a dismayingly large number of USA cops.

They are funded. Ridiculously so. And when they, say, burn down a house or kill someone “accidentally,” it’s the taxpayer that foots the bill, and the police union that makes sure they get off.

The system is really quite broken. This is why “defund the police” is a rallying cry. It doesn’t mean get rid of law…

TBH, this is the USA. This could have happened anywhere. Our cops kill over 300 unarmed civilians every year, and the number has been going up. Florida does not have a monopoly on trigger-happy, racist cops.

It’s not the badge that’s scary. It’s the loaded gun and the utter lack of any training or psychological screening.

Sure, like all the other cops who have been denied employment in a police force because they’re trigger happy or neo-nazis. Oh wait, there are plenty of cops like that. My guess is that a neighboring community will hire him, because cop apologists.
