They already lost me. This is DEFINITELY not the first time some author spewed stuff that wasn't true. But it's all about page views, not accuracy. Always has been. I feel sorry for the very very very few authors who write decent stuff....most here are just hacks!

Page views, it's all Giz cares about. They milked the "google is evil" thing and now they need to get page views on the other side instead of authoring a non-biased view in the first place, like other blogs did.

Huh, one accurate article. Not 5 stupid as shit page getting articles, then one back tracking article trying to set the record somewhat straight. Giz is really become somewhat of a toilet trash blog.

Good he can do me the favor and ban me. I posted yesterday saying I was fed up with this recent anti-google shit. Its ridiculous. Yet intermingled in these google hate articles is 3 or 4 just on apples profits and how amazing they are and how impressive their boxing is. Are you f'ing kidding me. I hope google decides

Thank you for that link, I haven't gotten to my Engadget feeds yet. But I think this latest anti-google trend lately is going to push me away from Giz. I can deal with the pro-apple stuff...and the average coverage of google based stuff, but now it's just getting f'ing ridiculous. It seems that Giz has taken the

I agree, we'll see if that happens though. That is the best case scenario in my opinion. Or better yet, make a cross platform solution...you know like epub.

Personally, I feel the bigger problem is the exclusivity agreement if publishing in Apple's ecosystem. I appreciate the movement they are trying to put forward, but as we said it's not feasible yet. But they are locking publishers into them and only them.

This is spot on. Have an iPhone reluctantly as it was my first smartphone, but just recently got a prime tab with ics and I can honestly say I am never going back. Now my mom, told her to get an iPhone lol.

for all you idiots out there that think you are smarter then everyone else...cough....slaw, FLCL0303....it's interesting that apple and samsung are looking at using this tech on their phones....

Seriously...I need to stop checking comments.....all the people arguing this doesn't work or can't quite grasp the concept...it's useless...I would have a better chance of getting my 3 yr old son to understand this.

You really have no clue about this tech do you? Do some research and get back to us.

You should really look at the site before you spew misinformation. It's a nano coating in a vacuum chamber. It permeates the entire device and does coat the speakers and ports, etc.

Seriously, can someone take a screenshot? I cannot find the HD link....maybe it's because I have been at work too long, I dunno...but please help lol.

Yeah just good timing on my part to get one now and have the wifi pack come out. Apparently it's supposed to come out in Feb.

Yeah I can't wait...I am getting a Hero 2 for my bday. The wifi pack is what put it over the top when compared to the drift for usability!

Count me in as "no one."

My son got one as a gift in September. He sort of likes it, although he loves my iPhone more. Really, he loves the responsiveness of anything but the leapad. But I will agree it won't break, and that's really the key.

no...it should have wrapped ways to the next line...don't defend her...it was a simple error, doesn't make it any less cool though

Or...as someone stated, everyone thinks Siri is awesome....regardless of whether it is or not, the perception is there...as a result Google and MS must counter with another Siri like clone. Yes google's voice is good, but it's not "social" like Siri. So to keep up with new "fad" they need to develop a similar product.

Try not to speak...you sound dumb!
