Disney’s worldwide rights do not extend to UK and NI, we have BBC iPlayer for Dr Who and it won’t be available on D+ here. No idea about the deal for Republic of Ireland though as they are not part of UK and are an independent nation - they are a member of EU, but doubt the House of Mouse has a specific deal for…
