Testing a 3F Lightning vs a 5.6 Raptor wouldn’t be useful for the Lightning programme except to simulate intercepting SU-57's if the Raptor’s nose was put in training mode and it carried external tanks (no lenses).

Eagle was not bad, a Stealth TT/RT looked better though... Still had the AWD, rear wheel steering and drivetrains that I THINK came in the eagle too (was the eagle a DSM car? Mitsubishi/Chrysler)
