I mean, I'm from Toronto and I still hate on the Leafs.

Nah, Senate pro tempore Orrin Hatch takes over in that instance.
I'm pretty sure the reason it's preferred in AP-style is because "Indian" is still the legal term (which in and of itself is kind of ridiculous)
ALWAYS WRONG.
Hey. Kara Danvers wears glasses. That's clearly not her.
That last scene with Barry and Oliver almost made me cry with how much I just love and enjoy these characters. And I don't even watch Arrow!
Felicity says it at one point when she can't speak from time-travel-sickness.
"DARMOK AND JALAD AT TANAGRA"
They both have Mike Pence's extreme disapproval.
That, out of everything, may be what made me the most angry. Hillary lost the election. It's over. Can we please stop making disgusting, misogynist remarks about her now?
That's the one I'm talking about! Stupid Disqus not making links show up properly.
Speaking of the Daily Show, they just put out this extended interview where Noah absolutely wipes the floor with Tomi Lahren (who is so much more terrible off the cuff than scripted). This is by far the most incisive I think he's been as of yet. More of this!
He's the worst. Like Ben Wyatt if Ben Wyatt were the FUCKING WORST.
Don't even joke about that.
Babe.
That's true! We dodged a bullet on that one.
Aces don't face the same institutional or historical discrimination as gay people. Sure, I'm not going to fight you on that. Doesn't mean that people who come out as ace don't face tremendous stigma and othering from their peers.
Think about this statement if you replace "asexual" with "bisexual". People have been saying this for years and years and it's never gotten any truer (and as someone else in this thread said, it's not a productive use of time).
This is also an account that's made a post saying that "asexuality is a fandom" adopted by people who just want to fancy themselves part of the LGBTQ+ community.
Exactly! I can count on one hand the number of asexual characters I've seen in media who have actually used the word (it's three including Jughead). I'm glad we're finally taking steps to normalize it.
