I was replying in another comment that the 'horn' reminded me of unit 01 but yeah I the color and extra long arms make it look like Unit 03.

Could be... my Evangelion knowledge is rusty, I guess I went with Unit 01 because of the 'horn' but the color is definitely 03-like.
