Uh lol, pit duty is just one of their many jobs they do over the period of a race weekend. Mechanical setup, rigging of the pit area. It ain't exactly a walk in the park being a mechanic on an F1 ffs.

Actually, according to the "official" hypercar/supercar/sportscar glossary, the 458 is supercar. I know it sounds weird, but 10 years ago 458 performance would be hypercar figures.

This isn't Senna's car. It's a loaner car which was at his disposal, i.e. he drove it a few times (perhaps more than a few too) hence the listing says "driven by Senna" not "ex-Senna" or anything like that.

No, the guys that are on the pit crew in F1 are the people who build the cars (the selectedmost fit of course) They have an engineering degree og trained race mechanics with years of experience before they reach F1.

Hope Kimi returns to Maranello!

Uhm no Ferrari Chairman Luca Di Montezemolo has for years been one of the main proprietors for an increased cost control and budget cap in F1. They are against the current testing rules because they want to utilize Fiorano but Ferrari is all for a budget cap.

Hope that dipshit boss gets what he deserves.

12C is special, it doesn't have "paddles". It has a rocker panel which allows you to gear up and down on either side, as well as just functioning as a normal setup. (on the right side you can pull to gear up, push to gear down and vice verse) Works the same way as their F1 steering wheel.

Okey, let me explain to you from my pov why static paddles make sense:

The static paddles make sense because their orientation remains the same. The place for up- and downshift is the same. You'll very rarely be upshifting with the wheel in so much lock that it's basically "upside down". You'll actually most likely to

The only name thing is really out of date now. If you don't get it, google it and shut up. It's not "the" LaFerrari, it's not part of a redundant expression. It's called LaFerrari because it's the ultimate expression and embodiment of what Ferrari can achieve and what Ferrari is all about these days.

That's Fiorano, but it's not a very challenging circuit.

Uh no lol? have you even driven a car with flappy paddles? They're supposed to be static, not connected to the wheel. Wheel-mounted paddles are horrible and have aboslutely no orientation. There's a reason every single racecar escept single seaters has rack mounted paddles.

No, there are no production samples of the LaFerrari yet. They're still developing it. Even though the showcars have a pretty finished interior, ther missing the technical setup and vice versa for this track mule.

That steering wheel looks huge.

Hes got in in CST mode (aka. commit suicide training) notice the Manettino position.

That video would've saved us all this lackluster written review. In fact, nobody needs to do any FF reviews anymore.

Okay, pretty standard review. Reviewer seems like a bit of a pussy, not daring to give the interior 10/10 etc.

Didn't see that, sorry. No there are hardly any proper racing movies out there these days, with good reason. F&F etc. get easy access to lots of cars from endorement and they camouflage it as a part of an action movie, so that they actually sell tickets. There doesn't seem to a be a place for niche movies these days,

"one of the better formula racing movies out there"

Have you ever seen Grand Prix?!?!?! The movie Driven is absolute crap.
