I don't wish to be that awesome. I wish to have that much expendable income. I can do it, but my wallet won't like it and neither will my wife. And neither would my apartment manager. Dammit, that little car is awesome.

Except that article that was posted on Jalopnik not 4 days ago about Koenigsegg... I know others have said this, but I felt the need to reiterate.
Needs diesel!
Not until about 20 years ago. They used to make all kind of crazy stuff on their own, including, but not limited to, twin charged 2 stroke engine that are hands down one of the coolest sounding things I've ever heard.
The guy that works on these piles says that would suck. Trucks are already pretty damn low for fuel economy purposes. I'm a relatively small guy and I can barely fit under half the trucks I work on. You know, where they hide 50% of the crap on it: transmissions, wiring harnesses, fuel lines, suspension components,…

I work at a dealer where we are paid hourly and bill what was actually put into the job. I think billing more than that is dishonest, even if it was agreed upon in a quote. Likewise, if I have to bill extra time because of some unforeseen difficulty, then I'll do exactly that. I would rather shoot myself in the face…
Unfortunately, that engine is also tuned with 200 lb. ft. of torque LESS than the automatic. So sad. And stupid because they advertise it as able to handle way more torque! Still, it's awesome. You probably wouldn't notice the difference because there's less powertrain losses.
Yup, twincharged wonder. Drive next to any newer truck that has a VGT (ie. not an International with a MaxxFarce) and the only thing you will hear is forced induction. That engine is flowing so much air it's not even funny.
Actually, a supercharger that massive pushing that much air makes that much noise. Drive next to a newer truck with a single VGT and you'll ONLY hear that forced induction whistle. Plus, the supercharger is the first thing after the 3 air filters and you can see it from next to the vehicle.
It's just one turbo now. No real need for the 2nd. Although, you know, why the hell not?!
Or you can just mute the conversation in HangOuts and stop getting notifications. It's pretty nice.
Knowing full well how well most Bay Area school districts take care of their buses, I PRAY that they don't run them for 30 years. 20 years? Maybe. I've seen and worked on some late 90s buses in the past year. Much older than that, though, I don't think so. Most buses are probably going to need to newer than that or…
Parking $500K cars is pretty easy. Parking $500K buses is difficult, especially when the air ride won't let you get over a dip in your parking lot.
Yeah, but at these price points, C'MON. They can afford it. Greedy bastards...
Yeah, there is. They're called Caterpillar.
You SAY permanent AWD, but it's not. It'll have the Haldex system which will never send more than 50% of the power to the rear axle. It's sad, really. That said, I still really like the new TT.
Good freakin' riddance! I drove that POS when it first came out and was just astounded by how terrible of a car it was. It was a horrid follow up to the first one, which was genius. It shouldn't have lasted as long as it did. Ugh... I hate this thing.
Not even the TT-RS gets more than 50% of the power to the rear wheels. That's direct from Audi, APR, and other companies.
I'm excited for this little car. I'll probably never buy one new, but my wife has a used MKI. Great little car.
