If I can ever convince my shop to give me the Detroit Series 60 sitting out in the back of my shop and I got insane amounts of money, I would MORE than happily turn it into a truck that could compete with Mike Ryan. Not sure I'd ever do Pike's Peak, as heights scare the ever living crap out of me, but I'd rally it

Holy crap on a car seat, this is going to be useful. How about "tried to throw up out the window of a moving car, but it came right back into the car. INTO THE CAR. Like IN the doors."? Happened a few years ago in a my ex's car. The smell never completely left.

This site needs more Pantera. Lots more. I always find it hysterical clicking around watching car videos on YouTube, there's always some kind of techno or cheesy guitar riffage. Meanwhile, I'd never listen to that in my car. I'm constantly blasting the likes of Pantera and Dillinger in my Audi.

It seems that he gives absolutely no fucks about his stage times. That makes me appreciate this video even more. He just wanted to go out and have a good time. I would kill for that.

Man, I wish you liked metal.

On a related note, holy crap that movie looks amazing.

Don't be so convinced they don't actually exist.

That sucks so hard and I completely understand your irrationality. I really hope you find it. And soon!

You take that back!

Working on Peterbilts and stuff we had an "update" for DPF straps and brackets because there was a chance they could fall off on the freeway and kill people.

If I ever get a Golf TDI, these are going on it. I think they're fantastic and one of the only wheels I can think of off the top of my head.

Usually when I see hydro locking in motors, it ends in a bent rod or scored cylinder. I think one of the times a truck came in with a baseball sized hole on both side of the engine it had hydro locked, shattered the cylinder liner, and kept spinning. I think that time it had broken an injector tip and dumped fuel in

Somehow, that's the worst piston failure I've ever seen and I've seen plenty of ventilated blocks and piston chunks welded to heads.

Most of that motor is under the dash. Have fun!

I made the mistake of typing "AWD manual" into Craigslist. One of the results was a Volvo S60R with a turbo 5 banger, 6 speed manual, and AWD. So much want... I have a bad habit of falling in want with powertrains. That's my dream one right there.

Every time I'm reminded the Saabaru existed, I want one so bad...

I'm going to make every effort to order a new S4 in Nogaro blue someday. Hands down my favorite blue.

WHAT.... JUST... NO.... NO.... HAPPENED?!@$rt?@$

As many times as I've seen that meme, your comment made me literally LOL. Hysterically. Internet props to you, sir.

There are those of us that HIGHLY prefer the smell of diesel to gasoline. Also, we get hybrids, which are boring and lack performance. These diesel cars are getting it right. It doesn't need to rev high to have off the line power. That's where it'll count for these.
