I listened to that from time to time… The trip to the past has been fun man, appreciate it!

I hear you there…I was the kid at midnight listening to Dr. Demento so there is that I guess.
As a child of the late 80's I can look back with fondness tinged by more than a little embarrassment at what we thought was cool.
Wow that's a shame…. I worked there when in high school.
Last time I was up there without a Spotify subscription it was….playing heavily censored pop and hip hop . It was actually funny what is considered bleep-worthy up there compared to the big city.
Yeah time stands still there - when all you have is classic roxk, 94 Rock, or country stations on the radio and an undying dream of a downtown….it's sad, actually. Never had Pizza Pick Up. The mall pizza place was pretty good…
I am from there but gtfo a while back. Not much I really miss except summer on the Finger Lakes and Elbow Room wings and Pudgies…
If you can't beat the competition, beat the passengers.
Isn't there a saying about being in a hole and ceasing the performance of a certain task?
I remember as a kid in the 80's going to the Southside location for video games and pizza…the Pudgieburger was amazing. The sheet pizzas used to come with a map showing all the locations…was sad when in college to see the map get smaller and smaller. The Ithaca location was open at least five years ago.
In the 80's they were as far north as Rochester (I believe), and as far south as Mansfield PA. East to West I'm not totally sure…the franchise has definitely crashed. Whenever I make it up there I am sure to stop into the Horseheads location…still the best IMHO. It's just an opinion though - we all have them.
While New York City pizza may be the "best" (and it is awfully good) upstate NY has a chain called Pudgies that is amazing. At one time they were everywhere in the area, dipping into PA as well. Bready crust, good sauce, and the party pack??? One large, a dozen wings and a big soda rocked.
for the win !
I was more concerned about the connection hahahaha
Agreed. Slow, and the few good parts weighed down by unrealistic and delayed action. This show seemed liked it was getting a groove but now…it is dumb tv I am too dumb not to watch.
Agreed. now we know where all the surviving stormtroopers went after the death stars blew up.
Hey sorry…as this is a time traveling discussion I went back further than you….classic paradox I guess (I know it's not but whatever).
A blow job versus…. The Iraq War? Wiretapping lies and Russian election interference?
Amazing band - THIS is why I visit the AV Club….I'm too old to spend alot of time reading up on the new music or more than an occasional night at the local club…thanks for introducing this great band!
So, so weird. No wonder the white working class voted for Trump… I actually have a palpable feeling of superiority after watching that video.
