A little patience goes a long way. It hasn’t even been a month. Frankly, the system released with a very small library, and if none of the games interest you, that’s fine. Getting all self-righteous about it, well, I guess it’s a free country, but it seems like a waste of time.

Thank you for the clarification. This clarity has led me to conclude you are a racist.

Love this game, but this is a fault in the design. While you can manually save, they aren’t protected from an overwrite by a later autosave. I love that autosave is in the game, and I love that manual saving is still in it (Bioshock Infinite developers could learn something from this), but they should be protected

If nothing else, I’d love to have an English language name for the game. I mean, sure, I know what “Densetsu” means now, so that’s a nice perk (and better yet, densetsu is actually a Japanese word rather than all the nonsensical nerd jargon being passed around fan communities these days that I don’t care to learn).

Change “especially” to “only” and you’re almost right. It is STILL illegal to pirate a 20 year old ROM. The law doesn’t care if they ever actually released it in the US. Even if you do import a Japanese cart, you’re still only “mostly legal” unless you also rip the ROM yourself. I wouldn’t really care though.

The really striking thing about how they designed and wrote Zelda’s character is that the two could literally be swapped and the story would be identical. It could just as easily have been Zelda who fell during the final battle only for Link to seal her up and battle with Ganon for a straight up century until she

I’m completely on the side of those doing self-repair. It’s hilarious to me that the biggest group of allies in this fight are elderly farmers raised on a “do it yourself” mindset. I’m generally liberal, but in this case I can see no benefit to society at large in stripping them of self-repair rights in favor of

Have you seen our cereal though, or our cookies? Watermelon Oreos!

Anything that starts with a # instantly looses all gravitas. How was that supposed to drum up excitement?

I’ve seen two versions of that “cowboy” mini game from 1 2 Switch. The first is that one up there, with the two hipster doofuses failing to impress me. The second had a full-on western set with actors acting their hearts out in a genuine feeling western shootout, before the big reveal that they’re just using switch

Take the toy out of your mouth. Only food goes there.

I can’t speak for others, but here in a medium sized city, I’ve always had good experiences with USPS. It’s a shame that level of service isn’t provided consistently across the country. For me, all my horror stories come from UPS and the occasional Federal Express mishap. I’ve lost count of the number of times

That video... that video...

Fortunately all the other responses point out that this only applies to the Wii U disc version, but I had to add one thing. There’d be literally no reason to have a mandatory install off of a cartridge. The whole point of mandatory data installs is to reduce load times. If it’s on a cart, the load times are as low

That one confused me too. I didn’t even watch the video so up until now I had to consider it might have been an ironic title mocking standard defenses for pirating, but from what you’re saying, he’s downright saying he doesn’t see a moral issue pirating Nintendo’s games. Now, there’s always wiggle room on these

I can’t speak for most Japanese food, but I can say that their most popular imported snack, Pokki, is entirely bland and boring, and I’m the sort of person who can taste the vanilla in Nilla Wafers. I’ll take the standard American snack: dipping cookies into a tub of icing.

Not a single negative thing to say about ANY of this? At all? Are you sure?

MS has confirmed it’ll be out in “the holiday season of 2017". Not an exact date, but still pretty soon. Too soon for me to buy the S only to replace it later in the year anyway.

Advertising aside, this is a pretty good deal, so long as you aren’t eyeing a Scorpio later this year.

That was the only piece that was at a 1:1 scale! I could wear it even!
