I have a hack for this dumb hack. Start with a properly hydrated square sheet of rice paper, no not the circles, it comes in squares too. Then put a sheet of nori on that, smooth out to get some adhesion. Proceed as you would otherwise. BOOM that shit will hold together not fall apart when you’re eating it.
