They ARE indeed stuck in the 20th...that is evident enough in the lack of creativity across much of their industries.

That's my job. :p

Ghost Recon seems to have gone into development hell.

We have New York as one of the locations for Battlefield 3. Should be interesting. Though honestly, what the fuck is with the interest in setting battle locations on the East Coast? Give the West Coast some love! Like Seattle. I'd love to defend my home city in a Frostbite 2 engine-powered game...

Not sure, but it's probably an in-engine function of a sound effect emitter. It doesn't look like an ambient light source object.

You forgot to note that they have a culture about writing: There are two types of writing, the formal and the informal. Apparently, Wada used the informal writing and it made him come off as flip. It's like saying, "Oh, so another earth quake? Hang in there!" in straight english while sticking your fucking tongue out.

The Japanese and Koreans are very into the R/C drifting scene, because it's cheaper than racing fullsize cars. And it's "Stage D", meaning, it's the "D" stage of whatever build or race they were doing. Think "Initial D"....

Fresh air is good for you. Get the R/C car. It might cost you a little extra to get a good battery charger for the car itself, though.

You can spend $1,200 on a decent gaming machine and still do a bang-up awesome job on the graphics.

Engine-wise they probably had everything ready to go. Every single texture, etc. But they probably couldn't get all of the DX11 textures to fit on a DVD alongside the main game. That's probably one reason why they withheld the DX11 functionality.

Not just you. The rest of the twerps above you, too.

Well, good point. His accident coming out of a turn (he just about barrel roll'd it) at one of the races was very interesting...

I'd prefer they didn't go to any sort of lobby function for Battlefield 3. That would be a return to the console-style of server matchmaking. Absolutely not acceptable.

You and me both. I may be hard of hearing, but damn if audio advertisements spoil the mood...

Achievement Unlocked! Will you ever STFU?

It's a good price for an entry level R/C vehicle. Traxxas is a well-known manufacturer in the pro-RC industry. Most of their vehicles are used as budget entry level options in comparison to Team Associated, Losi, and Tamiya.

You're just saying that because he crashed during that one race.

Interesting that you'd mention Team Associated. I used to have an RC10 B3 buggy that I'd sometimes outfit with slick tires and a high-end modified motor, and do burnouts on the running track at the local high school.

I'm pissed off at EA for losing these people in the first place and allowing the chain of events to lead to this stinkpot of a situation across the industry.

The Sith loses. All the Justicar has to do is use her abilities to rip those linked nipples clean off...
