Clearly you're trying to look at specific scenarios. It's the principle of Epic's conduct that's at issue here, not specific instances of failing to provide support to SK. Stop trying to poke holes in other people's cases for the sake of being an internet dickhead.

It's not the version of the engine that's the issue, it's the support being provided by Epic to the licensees. That is to say, they did not provide customer support to the licensee's satisfaction in utilizing the game engine as outlined in the agreement.

Dumb move by the publisher. Just cost themselves a good amount of money. I would have restricted the title to just overseas releases, as opposed to a native Japanese release due to sensitivities.

Given the story about Homefront, I was expecting it to be a long campaign of epic gunbattles for freedom...not a game that ends at the gateways to San Francisco and leaves the goddamn whole story open-ended as to how the Americans kick out the Korean Occupation. -.-
